The press release argument is, let us face it, is a bogus argument. What this comes down to is common sense. That is what we are looking at. There is a right way to come to America and a wrong way. It is unfair to those that stand in line, that go through the bureaucracy, that do it the right way, to find out that there is someone standing maybe in front of them that came here previously. Once again, this comes back to the issue of intent. There is a wrong way and a right way. We have got to continually come back to that. It is unfair to those that play by the rules to see someone next to them that does not.
