The text of the amendment is as follows: Add at the end of subtitle G of title X the following new section: SEC. 10__. REPEAL OF PROVISIONS RELATING TO UNFUNDED PRIORITIES. (a) The Armed Forces and the Missile Defense Agency.-- Chapter 9 of title 10, United States Code, is amended as follows: (1) Section 222a is repealed. (2) Section 222b is repealed. (3) In the table of sections at the beginning of the chapter, strike the items relating to sections 222a and 222b. (b) Laboratory Military Construction Projects.--Section 2806 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2018 (Public Law 115-91; 10 U.S.C. 222a note) is repealed. The SPEAKER pro tempore. Pursuant to House Resolution 1224, the gentlewoman from Washington (Ms. Jayapal) and a Member opposed each will control 5 minutes.
