I rise as the designee for Congresswoman Waters to offer her amendment. The Acting CHAIR. The Clerk will designate the amendment. The text of the amendment is as follows: Page 13, line 23, insert after ``women'' the following: ``(including women who are Asian American, Black or African- American, Hispanic American or Latino, Native American or Alaska Native, Native Hawaiian or Pacific Islander, and White American)''.
