I ask the Senator from Hawaii, would you agree that a general purpose aircraft that will meet the general requirements of many customers; that can operate as a passenger aircraft, a freighter, a passenger/freighter ``combination'' aircraft, or as an aerial refueling tanker; and is available to either government or private customers meets the definition of a general purpose, commercially configured aircraft?
