I will take one additional minute and then yield back my time. But I did want to say, while I had the floor, that I added myself as a cosponsor to the Menendez port security amendment. This is a critical amendment. It is an issue I have been working on since September 11. I have joined with Senator Collins to introduce the GreenLane Maritime Cargo Security Act. I think what we have all learned over the past week is that our ports and our cargo containers are a huge hole in our Nation's security. We cannot fix it with more rhetoric from this floor. We can fix it if we fund it adequately. This Senate will have an opportunity to vote on that tomorrow. I urge my colleagues to support that amendment when it comes to the floor. Thank you, Mr. President. I will yield back my time in order to move to the next amendment. The PRESIDING OFFICER. The Senator from New Hampshire. Amendment No. 3063
