It is fundamentally unfair for the Federal Government to award grants to States, only then to take them away.

We should ensure funding is available for smaller and rural communities where there is local support and committed funding for these needs.

I think these are really shortsighted.

I think we all know we need to invest in our infrastructure, but we've got to find a way to pay for them.
