[Trump] has told us over 40 times now that a deal is near, and the war will be over soon. But now, he’s asking for $70 billion more, and for us to just trust him it’ll work out fine.

This corrupt policy would allow Trump to hold even more federal grants hostage.

It is indisputable that these challenges are particularly pronounced in low income, rural, and Tribal communities — and there’s a reason Democrats and Republicans across the country support this program so strongly.

My amendment is very simple — it asks one thing: Tell Congress and the public what these interagency agreements actually cost taxpayers.
