The amendments are as follows: amendment no. 2120 (Purpose: To amend section 1111(d) of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965 regarding the cross-tabulation of student data) On page 75, strike line 1 and all that follows through line 4 on page 76 and insert the following: ``(iii) Technical assistance.--Upon request by a State or local educational agency, the Secretary shall provide technical assistance to States and local educational agencies in collecting, cross-tabulating, or disaggregating data in order to meet the requirements of this paragraph.…
