“I do not come to this Chamber for special orders very often, Mr. Speaker, but there are some times when I think those of us who have been sent here to represent our constituents have a responsibility to speak out. Not many of my constituents earn $200,000 or $300,000 or $400,000 a year, and yet tomorrow in this Chamber we will make decisions that will redistribute wealth.”
