I sat in the living room of one of my constituents not long ago and he looked at the television and he said, ``Congressman, I would be willing to pay $50 more or $100 more for a TV if I could buy one that was manufactured in America by my neighbors.'' That is what is happening to us. Are consumers getting cheaper goods? Well, I suppose they are. At what cost? What is happening to this country, and I just urge my colleagues to look at the record and to reject these agreements.
