this House recently passed a budget which woefully underfunds veterans' health care by $6.2 billion. The result: Many veterans will no longer be able to get health care through the VA system. It is a shame that we are rationing health care for our veterans. This House also passed a tax bill that takes care of the millionaires, but leaves thousands of children behind, even children whose moms and dads at this very moment are serving in Iraq. So this is what my Republican colleagues have done. They have taken care of the millionaires and they have left our veterans and our children behind. Shame on them.
