Every 7 days, I am able to make those kinds of changes in the level of discount and in the drugs that are actually covered by that discount card, and yet the senior will be stuck with that particular card for an entire year. So I am locked into one card for an entire year, and the sponsor of that card has the ability to make all of these changes and I am the victim. I am helpless to do anything about it.
