I would like to say that some Members strengthen the House of Representatives just by being the kind of person they are, and Walter Capps was such a Member. I admired him greatly. And Lois, I would like to say that when it comes time for me to leave this Earth, I hope that people can feel about me the way we all obviously feel about your Walter.
