Reclaiming my time, please, Mr. Speaker, I will acknowledge that the gentleman's statistics are correct, but what has happened with trade between this country and Mexico? The imbalance has increased dramatically in their favor. I recognize that these trade agreements encourage trade, but what is it doing to our companies, our workers, our communities? Other countries are in fact benefiting, and I will acknowledge that, but what is happening to our communities?
