Is the agreement to have the time evenly divided between both sides and no specific request for how the sequencing of time is allocated under the order? The PRESIDENT pro tempore. Under the previous order, there is an hour divided between the two leaders. The leader had designated that time. The first designation was made, but it is not--it is equally divided. There is no sequence.
