I am wondering if my colleague from New Jersey is aware of this point, which I find most interesting and am trying to understand. He has been talking about this control board and all the power they are going to have. Do you understand that in this House bill, the members of that control board won't be paid, but the measure allows them to accept, use, and dispose of gifts, requests, devices of services or property, both real and personal, for the purposes of aiding and facilitating their work? So they literally can accept gifts, but what kind of gifts?
