I am proud that my district plays such a central role in this industry as the home of its leading company, Microsoft. But I believe it is clear that every one of us and every one of our constituents benefits in many ways from the products of this industry. Let us do nothing to stifle any of the dynamism and innovation that mean so much for all of us.
