I guarantee you a year from now if we are sitting here having these hearings and we have invested a vast sum of our taxpayer dollars into bringing security and we are still seeing young women who cannot go out of their homes and are not being educated and continuing disruption and fear in their lives, it will leave a lot of us wondering if we have made the right investments.
