Mr. President, before I go to my remarks, I wanted to thank the Senator from Mississippi for that fabulous statement. I really do appreciate his leadership. I am pretty sure your father served in World War II, as did my father. I think that we continue to echo the lessons that we learned from that conflict. I thank you for that tremendous statement in support of Ukraine.
