I hope you're rethinking that, because I think the continued evolution here is we need the FCC to play an aggressive role.

I think we, no doubt, are just going to have to keep upping the aggressive nature of helping here.

I think it's important for the Department to reach out to all stakeholders to get their input in advance of any decisions.
