Well, I think the interest that we have from a Northwest perspective is that these collaborative efforts, given the solutions to our problems are more often than not the coordination of theses various entities taking on new roles and responsibilities or cutting back on current activities and reshaping them--we have found much leverage in the up-front addressing of those issues by that collaborative process.
