He saw the e-mail and he pardoned this man anyway. Did he not commit a crime himself? Is that not a crime? I would ask him if that would have been his daughter that this man had hit, would he still have pardoned him?

Not by saying you must have a childcare system that is exactly this way, but by actually putting power in the hands of parents.
