The text of the amendment is as follows: At the end of the bill (before the short title) insert the following: Sec. __. None of the funds in this Act shall be made available to implement paragraph (3) of section 412(g) of the Agricultural Research, Extension, and Education Reform Act of 1998 (7 U.S.C. 7632(g)).
