I think a lot of police departments, Memphis included, will be looking at if we're going to have specialized units out there with citywide authority focused on crime and acting independently, the training has got to go way up.

So this is the kind of talk that's confusing the issue here. We've got to get to the baseline issue. So what's this really about, it's not about a back door, it's about a front door when the government comes in with a legal search warrant.
