A strong Medicare doesn't mean we turn the program over to the insurance industry, and it doesn't mean we shift more costs on to the beneficiaries.
Now, the reason I raise this issue is that we all know that about 70 percent of healthcare costs occur in the last 6 months of life.
Doing without dental coverage frequently leads to preventable health problems.
