We have yet to see comprehensive jobs agenda, let alone a comprehensive manufacturing plan.

So what I hear you saying, all of you, is you in the corporate sector want to keep control of your own health care costs to your employees.

To me, that is a no-brainer. I think it is a no-brainer to all of you.
