Passing MACRA was a tremendous bipartisan accomplishment in that it put an end to a cycle of dysfunction.

What are her problems? Feeding her kids, right? Finding decent housing that she can afford.

I know it is election season and we have to have hearings like this. I am not sure--I don't know if this is on CSPAN or ...
