I take this opportunity to tell my colleagues that this bill will authorize moving the Portrait Monument from the basement of the Capitol to the rotunda in the Capitol. This is in honor of the 75th anniversary of the passing of the 19th amendment to the Constitution which gave women the right to vote. The bill will also authorize the celebration of the anniversary and the relocation of the monument on October 25, 1995, pursuant to the amendment that I have at the desk.
