“I just want my colleagues to realize there is a clear difference between these two bidders. One has been adjudicated as having received over $5 billion of illegal subsidies. That is the same contractor that will take tens of thousands of jobs to Europe that would otherwise be in the United States of America. It is untenable in today's world for the Pentagon to not take that into consideration. Here is one message to the people who are doing such a great job for us in the Department of Defense. We realize the hour of this debate, but we will not finish until this is taken into consideration.”
