I appreciate you and the work of your team, your staff to protect the rights of the 30,000 employees on Capitol Hill.
I think it just gives a lot of flexibility.
I don't think anybody here would agree that we should not be wasting $281 billion on improper payments.
Allowing congressional staff to unionize potentially, in my mind, creates numerous conflicts of interest.
