The text of the amendment is as follows: Page 935, line 7, strike ``two other lease blocks'' and insert ``1 other lease block''. Page 937, after line 13, insert the following: (3) National defense areas.--The United States reserves the right to designate by and through the Secretary of Defense, with the approval of the President, national defense areas on the Outer Continental Shelf pursuant to section 12(d) of the Outer Continental Shelf Lands Act (43 U.S.C. 1341(d)). Page 941, beginning at line 1, strike ``1 year after the date of enactment of this Act'' and insert ``December 31, 2015''. Page 945, line 8, strike ``two other lease blocks'' and insert ``1 other lease block''. Page 946, after line 22, insert the following: (3) National defense areas.--The United States reserves the right to designate by and through the Secretary of Defense, with the approval of the President, national defense areas on the outer Continental Shelf pursuant to section 12(d) of the Outer Continental Shelf Lands Act (43 U.S.C. 1341(d)).
