However, the focus of this legislation is to do exactly the same thing which happened on private and State lands on Federal lands because, if you have a problem with supply, what is the best way to respond to that? You increase the opportunity for supply. What does that do to the marketplace? In the long run, it tends to lower prices. Who benefits? American people, American jobs. Mr. Speaker, I just simply want to say these motions to recommit have been procedural motions.…”
