So I am hopeful that, as we move forward with this effort, to have a 21st century conservation model that recognizes that these values and goals are embedded in the American people, will actually allow us to implement boots-on-the-ground conservation, and not just flowery language in courtrooms about the importance of the Endangered Species Act.
