I thank the gentleman for offering this amendment. I think, once again, the combination of what you and the gentleman from South Carolina said about the new technologies that will help us in the long run to develop our own energy resources makes immensely good sense, and I think this amendment adds to that process. I commend the gentleman, and I support the amendment.
