When I say ``the extremist wing,'' we are talking about roughly 40 Members of the House of Representatives. Maybe it flows as high up as 47 or as low as 35. They seem to be the tail that is wagging this elephant. So here we are. No budget, and we aren't addressing any of the real pressing issues facing our country.
