The Clerk read as follows: Uranium Enrichment Decontamination and Decommissioning Fund For necessary expenses in carrying out uranium enrichment facility decontamination and decommissioning, remedial actions, and other activities of title II of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, and title X, subtitle A, of the Energy Policy Act of 1992, $449,000,000, to be derived from the Uranium Enrichment Decontamination and Decommissioning Fund, and not more than $150,000,000, to be derived from the barter, transfer, or sale of uranium authorized under section 3112 of the USEC Privatization Act (42 U.S.C. 2297h-10) or section 314 of the Energy and Water Development Appropriations Act, 2006 (Public Law 109-103), to remain available until expended: Provided, That proceeds from such barter, transfer, or sale of uranium in excess of such amount shall not be available until appropriated.…
