I might add, attendant to this, on yesterday, my colleagues, Ileana Ros-Lehtinen, Carlos Curbelo, Frederica Wilson, and myself, introduced legislation calling for giving 300,000 migrants in this country, from a variety of countries, an opportunity for permanent residence--those from El Salvador, Haiti, Honduras, and Nicaragua. Mr. Speaker, I yield 3 minutes to the gentlewoman from New Mexico (Ms. Michelle Lujan Grisham), my good friend, to speak to the issue that I just talked about, the Dream Act.
