As was mentioned, this is a win-win proposition--at no cost to the taxpayer--cleaning up this mine, and I urge its support. It passed, again, by voice vote in the last Congress, and I hope it does so again in this Congress. I urge my colleagues to vote ``yes,'' and I yield back the balance of my time. The SPEAKER pro tempore (Mr. Harris). The question is on the motion offered by the gentleman from Washington (Mr. Hastings) that the House suspend the rules and pass the bill, H.R. 697, as amended. The question was taken; and (two-thirds being in the affirmative) the rules were suspended and the bill, as amended, was passed. A motion to reconsider was laid on the table. ____________________
