I have an amendment at the desk. The Acting CHAIR. The Clerk will report the amendment. The Clerk read as follows: Page 62, after line 2, insert the following: Sec. 609. None of the funds made available by this Act may be used by the Department of Energy to move the Office of Environmental Management under the authority of the Under Secretary for Nuclear Security of the Department of Energy. The Acting CHAIR. Pursuant to the order of the House of today, the gentleman from Washington (Mr. Hastings) and a Member opposed each will control 5 minutes. The Chair recognizes the gentleman from Washington.
