The text of the amendment is as follows: Page 22, line 13, after the dollar amount, insert ``(increased by $5,000,000)''. Page 24, line 3, after the dollar amount, insert ``(reduced by $7,666,667)''. The Acting CHAIR. Pursuant to House Resolution 923, the gentleman from Florida (Mr. Hastings) and a Member opposed each will control 5 minutes. The Chair recognizes the gentleman from Florida.
