This bill acknowledges that, when someone tries to terrorize Americans based on their faith, we need to stand up and do something about it. We must embrace our common humanity and ensure that Americans, wherever they pray, however they come together, are respected. I thank everyone who has worked on this: my colleague, the chairman, and his committee staff; and Rachel Appleton from my team. Mr. Speaker, I urge support for this legislation.
