And we must ensure the intelligence community is accountable for their operations because most of their operations occur outside of the public's view. Chairman Rogers and Ranking Member Ruppersberger are doing incredible work to make these ideas that we share a reality. I applaud their dedication to restoring proper accountability and oversight to the intelligence community. I am confident the Intelligence Authorization Act provides the resources and latitude our intelligence community needs while ensuring fiscal and operational responsibility. That is why I urge my colleagues to vote ``yes'' on H.R. 754.
