We are at a time in history where we have the opportunity to really make a difference here in the lives of American people, all American people, all taxpaying citizens in this country, hard-working Americans.

And most of the young people who are out there on the streets involved in sort of this lifestyle have been victimized at home, sexually abused, mentally, emotionally, physically, and are driven to the streets and they are abused…

We are looking for a rational approach to this, and 'simplify.' This certainty--because I think it would provide certainty--would help Americans invest, grow, and hire across this country and provide for their families.
