So this rationing board will threaten seniors' access to care in secret. There is absolutely no requirement for openness or transparency or for those bureaucrats to hold public meetings or consider input on its proposals. The IPAB, this board of bureaucrats, is unaccountable; it's secretive and threatens patients' care.
