Res. 318: Supporting responsible fatherhood, promoting marriage, and encouraging greater involvement of fathers in the lives of their children, especially on Father's Day. Had I been present, I would have voted ``yea'' to rollcall vote No. 259, and ``yea'' to rollcall vote No. 260. ____________________
