Just as a matter of clarification, this legislation addresses both the Pacific Maritime Association and union issues. How can you be against something that would be an investigation that would clearly reveal what the problems are on both sides? So this legislation is not designed to point the finger at any one entity. Two entities are involved in this issue. We need to find out what we can do to prevent this from happening in the future because it costs the United States economy money, it costs jobs, and it affects the entire global economy.
