“Mr. Speaker, today, I rise to honor the life of a dedicated first responder from Okanogan, Washington, Tiffany Ferdon, who we tragically lost last month. Tiffany was a volunteer firefighter, an EMT for the Tonasket Fire Department and Aeneas Valley Fire Department, as well as a member of the Samaritan Riders, a group of motorcycle enthusiasts who serve the medically challenged and socially disadvantaged children throughout our region.
