I thank Congresswoman Boebert. I appreciate her strong voice on behalf of not only the people she represents, but people all over the country. I thank her for those very valuable comments. Madam Speaker, as you can already tell, we have a very strong class of new Members this year. I would like to turn to another who comes from the State of Utah, a State that I don't think is the highest with Federal land ownership, but pretty darn close. Sixty-three percent, I understand, of the land in Blake Moore's State is under Federal ownership. Madam Speaker, I yield to the gentleman from Utah (Mr. Moore). I know he has a great perspective on this issue, and I am very anxious to welcome him and give him the floor so that he can share with us his thoughts. {time} 2045
