I thank Mr. Dold for his comments about the small jobs. Coming from a State like Washington, as I do, I can certainly relate. Fully 40 percent of the jobs in my State are related to exports, so we understand the importance of having all the tools we can at our disposal to make these small businesses successful in the world economy. I would like to yield to the gentleman from Ohio (Mr. Stivers), a colleague of mine who sits on the Committee on Rules, for his comments.
