I am really heartened by the fact that in this day and age, and in this climate here in Washington, D.C., there are some issues that we can rally around together in a bipartisan fashion. I think that is a perfect segue into introducing a friend of mine from the Bipartisan Working Group, someone who embodies the desire to find solutions and to find common ground on issues so that we can move forward. This is a great example of the work that we can accomplish when we put our heads together. Mr. Speaker, I yield to my good friend from New Mexico (Ms. Torres Small).
